Is your jewellery natural?
We are only using natural gemstones and natural diamonds in our jewellery. We want to ensure that our clients get nature’s most beautiful gifts in their original form.
Do I get certificates for the stones in the jewellery?
We do not give certificates for every jewellery piece but if you insist we can go for certification (with additional cost). However, be rest assured that our cutters, graders and quality check are meeting the highest standards. We have multiple hands, machines and checks.
What are your practices to source the gemstones?
Most of the gemstones are manufactured in house so that we can be very confident about their sources. We want to make sure we are involved in legal and ethical practices. A large part of our time goes in ensuring that we are sourcing from reliable and ethical partners so that we are supporting a fair trade and not abetting any illegal child exploitation, environment exploitation or dangerous mining conditions.
How do I make sure my jewellery does not lose its polish and shine?
There is going to be a bit of natural loss of shine but certain care can ensure that we do not lose the shine too quickly.

- Store your jewellery in jewellery boxes in less humid conditions
- Remove them while exercising
- Do not use household detergents to clean your jewellery. Try to use dedicated polish cleaners to ensure that they are not abrasive o
MANUFACTURING INSIGHTS
Where do you manufacture these stones?
We are a company that is doing mine to market. We want to make sure that we are sourcing from responsible sources, manufacturing them in an ethical manner and then delivering it in your hands with utmost care. So we have spanned out our gemstone manufacturing facility in Thailand and India.
How long does the whole process to make a jewellery process take to make?
Honestly, it does not take longer than 2-3 weeks to make a jewellery piece but the gemstones/ diamonds can take longer. These are natural elements and they take their time to manufacture.
Sometimes, we run out of particular raw materials and have to invest a long time to manufacture them for the jewellery pieces. The raw materials could be from Mozambique, Brazil, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Thailand or remote parts of the world. We have to assimilate everything under our manufacturing unit to get these beautiful pieces ready for our clients.
SHIPPING
Do you ship the jewellery out?
Yes, we do ship the jewellery out for free in domestic USA circuit. We use our reliable partners, i.e. Fedex or UPS to ship out the pieces. These come in secured and insured packages. It does take 2-3 working days for us to ship any available in stock items.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you would like to return or exchange your piece of Skywing jewelry we are happy to offer you either a full refund for your product or an exchange credit for any product of equal or less value.
We offer returns/exchanges 30 days from delivery for all jewelry, including rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Please note that sale items and customized items are not eligible for refund, but are eligible for exchange.
To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear, tear, or damage. All situations related to our Lifetime Color Warranty or 6 Month Breakage Warranty are eligible for return/exchange.
Items that are not eligible for return/exchange include the following situations:
1. Items purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher.
2. Individual items from our jewelry stacks collection. Products in stacks must be returned/exchanged as a set.
3. Clearance items that have been clearly labeled as not eligible for returns/exchange. Regular sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges.
4. Customised items will not be able to be returned as they are especially manufactured for you and your needs.

CUSTOMIZATION
What can I get customized?
You can get your sizes customized if the standard or available options are not fitting. You can get your initials engraved on the jewellery. We even offer options of alternative gemstones upon special request. We are trying our best to offer every special service to our clients so that this does adornment becomes a special piece in their heart.
Can I return my customized jewellery if I don’t like?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return/exchange/refund policy for customized jewellery. The piece was especially crafted for you and it does mean that it is unique for your taste. However, prior production we will ensure we give you a complete picture of what the item will be so that we minimise the number of surprises in the final outcome.
How long does it take for customization?
It can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks depending on the degree of customization. We will communicate with you regarding the timeline. You can expect slightly longer time during long holidays as our offices might be shut and the shipping lines are usually working at a slower pace than usual as well. Each product involves global coordination from the gemstones, re-cutting and production of your beloved piece.
